Starting a business requires courage, ingenuity and good ideas.

This is demonstrated by the story of “Sapori Andriesi”, a company set up in Andria by the founder Calvi Antonio, who then passed the business down to his son Domenico Calvi, once careful research into enhancing the products of the land had resulted in a well-defined goal, namely to convey to the tables of consumers only quality products such as Taralli, extra virgin olive oil, wine, mozzarella and burrata PGI of Andria, mature cheeses, and pasta.

Such passion and determination made it possible to obtain one-of-a-kind artisan products.

Behind it all is great care and attention for the entire production process, subject to careful control – from the choice of raw materials – through to processing as a whole: only in this way it has been possible to keep alive the traditions of the land.

A deep love of the job, combined with the desire to improve day by day, has given rise to a wonderful project.

All this can be seen in the attention to detail and in the selection of the very best ingredients: in fact, only natural, selected and local ingredients are used; a land which over the years has given us only products of excellent regional quality.
