The Calvi family

Family tradition

Domenico Calvi was born in Andria on 14 June 1987.

He studied as an accountant before becoming interested in the promotion of the food products of his region.

He is now the owner – freelance – of Sapori Adriesi, a business passed down to him by his father Antonio.

He lives in Andria.

The father, and founder, on the other hand, is Antonio Calvi, born in Andria on 11 September, 1964, who has worked in this business sector for the past 35 years.

By combining experience, passion, traditions and knowledge of the area, he has managed to bring products of outstanding quality to the tables of consumers, while always maintaining the authenticity of his origins.

This passion has been handed down from father to son but, even though the generations pass by, the love for traditions, Apulian customs and the good cuisine typical of the region remains alive and well in the Calvi family.
