What we do

Cuisine

We produce and market typical products of Apulian cuisine.

We are so closely tied to the countryside of Andria that we use all its products, from coratina extra-virgin olive oil, up to the wheat and flour used to make taralli, biscuits, cakes and typical Puglia pasta, such as the famous orecchiette.

We also sell mozzarella and burrata di Andria, which is nationally recognised by the Consortium of burrata di Andria PGI, caciocavallo and curd cheeses made by hand with the milk of the Alta Murgia.

We also market the typical wine of our region, the well-known “Nero di Troia”, a black grape variety native to Puglia: the name “Nero di Troia” is derived from its high polyphenolic charge, which gives it a characteristic intense ruby colour, so much so that it looks black.

We also produce and sell many other varieties of Apulian wines, with strong and sublime flavours.
