Orecchiette

Orecchiette with cime di rapa.

This is a simple and wholesome dish.

To make it, you need 500 grams of orecchiette, cime di rape sauce, extra-virgin olive oil, chili pepper and artichokes under oil.

The pasta must be cooked in plenty of boiling water, then in a spacious pan pour some extra-virgin olive oil – and brown it with fillets of anchovies under oil.

Finally, pour in all the content of therape and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Enjoy a traditional dish of Apulia.
